Once your appointment is scheduled one of our professional, certified home inspectors will meet you at the home to walk you through the inspection process – explaining all findings along the way and more generally helping you get to know the ins and outs of the home.

Our inspectors will always take the time to talk you through any issues found, whether big or small, and will help you understand what needs to be addressed now, what might need to be maintained later, or what can be safely ignored.

You will leave the inspection with a comprehensive report detailing all findings (with high quality photos and insightful comments) providing you everything you need to make your home buying decision with confidence and peace of mind.
