Shane C. Storman

A trained Mechanical Engineer with multiple graduate and undergraduate degrees, Shane has worked in local industry over the past 30 years as a Development Engineering Manager and a Materials Procurement Specialist. In tandem with his full time Engineering career Shane has also built a successful Real Estate business, leveraging lessons learned from Toyota’s Lean Production processes and his operations management experience. Over the last 15 years he has bought, sold, and/or held over 20 different pieces of real estate, currently managing 40 plus rental units. Recent projects include the complete refurbishment of several residential homes, a commercial building, and the ground-up construction of his personal residence.
With his deep knowledge of the industry, scores of real estate closings, and home renovation experience, Shane is a natural fit for home inspection. He especially enjoys helping brand new home buyers understand their new homes and feel more comfortable with the home buying process in general.
